This role came out of a chance opportunity to do some consulting with an ECE centre.  Anyone that knows me knows that I dislike the roles where you are seen over others and I LOVE the simplicity of walking beside people.


Most people look at my qualifications, which I can send you, and want to put me in a manager's role. That would be a waste of my talents; where I shine is BEING with the children and the teachers—real-time working alongside them. I've figured out a cost-effective way to do this unique mentoring for ECE centres.
